Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Customers may pause, skip, or cancel subscriptions at any time through their account or by contacting support.
Charges occur automatically based on the selected delivery schedule.
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date.

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final unless products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@thegoodmoodfoods.com within 7 days of delivery.
